inward bound yoga retreats was the creative genius of Jane Fryer, who over 15 years ago, saw the need in the marketplace, and from her students, for a company that could take people outside, away from their day-to-day routine to a natural setting, to go “inside” through yoga. For over a decade, inward bound has offered yoga retreat vacations with opportunities to immerse in the cultures of India, Morocco and Burma, world-class spas, tropical beaches, the Italian countryside, European sophistication, meditation, breath work and an array of inspiring yoga styles.
