Heart Waves .. A Time for Women to empower the wings of the Heart. Travel with Inward Bound's founder, Jane Fryer to her new home in Nosara Beach. Enjoy Anusara yoga, Restorative yoga, and guidance in daily self care rituals that have come from her journey while immersed in the Healing Arts over the last few decades. Includes centering, meditation, self massage, appreciation and information about the Goddess from diversified traditions. Most importantly time to merge with the Ocean, the Moon & Stars. Absorbing Pancha Mama, Magical Mother Earth, the Goddess, the Sacred Feminine, supporting all Life.
Laurinda Raquel will also be offering wisdom healing sessions and self care rituals.

We will be blessed to be on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica to and have experience of this amazing, wild, shakti filled part of the planet. This area is home to the Olive Ridley Sea Turtles and some of the beaches are protected so they can lay their eggs in Peace. Nosara Beach is one of these places. The energy here is profoundly stimulating and healing..

Content and flow ~
Each day will include group practice for our mutual joy and support while on retreat and to take back and sustain us after the trip. There will be a gentle structure around which there is time for spontaneous individual flow. There will be teachings about the Goddess and Her forms from the Ancients, such as : Buddhist Tara (Green and White),
Chinese Kuan Yin (Japanese Gannon)
Hindu Kali/Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati Ancient Greek and Roman Goddesses,
Mostly Mother Nature herself, in the great beauty that is Nosara, protected and blessed~

About Jane Fryer .........................
Jane Fryer has been at the heart and edge of yoga in America for more than thirty years. She is multi certified and has received copious national press. Her interest in Womens' issues started in the politics of the 60's, and continue to be her passion. For the past two decades, she has been offering local workshops, media and retreats for mid life women,35 and up ~ and is now being inspired by the Goddess to bring her forward in our global Soul. Jane is also an astrologer, acupressure therapist, and an Anusara Yoga Teacher (inspired). She is known for her dedication and commitment to sharing the benefits of Restorative Yoga. Her magnificent teachers are John Friend, Douglas Brooks and Judith Lasater. She produced the video "PMS, Unwinding Naturally" in '91, and has been continuously fascinated by all aspects of the feminine.

The open air restaurant at the Harmony seats its
guests in a stylish but casual atmosphere that draws
upon '70s surf culture, Brazilian Modernism, and old
school tropical resorts.
Taking
its cue from a harmonious way of living, the kitchen
cooks up local organic seafood, fruits, and vegetables.
This means a menu of options flavored by the exotic
likes of wild ginger, taro, banana, plantains, mango,
coconut and of course, black beans and rice.
In
addition to the main restaurant at the Harmony, La Cafeteria
provides vegetarian tapas, fresh squeezed juices and
herbal teas. Like the restaurant, they use organic ingredients
whenever possible.

How
to get there
Nosara
is just over a 2-hour drive from the airport at Liberia,
served by Delta, American, US Air and Continental. Delta
has added a direct flight from Los Angeles to Liberia,
departing on Fridays and returning on Saturdays. The
package includes transfers from Liberia or Nosara airport
on July 5 & 12, and we will assist with your transportation
if you arrive on other days...
For your convenience you can fly from San Jose to Nosara.
If
you fly into San Jose there are a small plane commuter
flights to Nosara that are approx. 40 minutes in duration.

you want to rent a car
You
can rent a car at Liberia airport or at Nosara Beach
with National. A weekly rental of a small 4X4 SUV (you
really need a 4 wheel drive) is $353 plus $15-20 a day
for a mandatory car insurance. A somewhat larger Terios

There
is only one gas station in Nosara, and bring cash, plastic
